Initiate Your Request

Contact our dedicated BugMD support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and drop it off at your preferred carrier.

Refund Processing

After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
